Great Size, Functions, Perfect!
"My new home had established laundry in the kitchen, this was not to my liking. I searched for a washer and dryer that were small and would fit in a closet. I found that the GE apartment size units fit perfectly in the area that I was considering for the laundry area."
Lots of Options in a Smaller Footprint
"I replaced an older dryer with this compact model. So far been very happy. This one has way more features and does a great job drying. Most other compact dryers are condensation (not vented) dryers so was looking for one that externally vented. This one fit the bill and was easy to set up. Since my washer doesn't match I wasn't sure if I could stack them (since no stacking platform will fit two different makers appliances) but did with no problem. I simply put some anti-vibration feet under the dryer and added a tie-down strap to ensure it was secure. This dryer runs so smooth I don't think the strap was even needed. The only minor issue is I wish the exhaust fan was a bit stronger. I am pushing the max footage for the dryer vent and I think a slightly stronger fan would help in this situation."
